Change of Mind We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To request a change of mind return please email admin@puzzleme.com.au with invoice details.
We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be tracked. We're unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. You'll be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed. Please note this refunds policy does not relate to puzzles purchased through a fund raising programme. Refer to the policy of the fund raiser.
Faulty Product If an item is received faulty then we'll gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within a reasonable time. Please email admin@puzzleme.com.au with details of the fault and if possible include a photo. with your invoice
Delivery is $10.00 per single order to anywhere in Australia.
Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. It is not possible for a parcel to be left without a signature.

Capital Cities 1 - 5 business days
Regional areas 1 - 7 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a return fee of $10 (which is what Australia Post charges us) along with re-delivery fee of $10.00 if you want the order sent again.
Pick ups Orders may be collected from our studio at Merimbula, between 9am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
We will advise when your item is ready for collection.
